Prepare and send
Use the agreed container, packaging and transport conditions. Label each sample with an unambiguous identifier. Do not ship until you receive sample acceptance instructions.
Sample receipt and analysis
The received sample is assigned a laboratory identifier and its condition is recorded. The agreed analyses are performed and their results documented.
Report review and release
Results and supporting data are reviewed before a version-controlled Certificate of Analysis is issued.
Verify and retain
Receive your certificate number and separate access key. Use both to view the record, download your report and check for any subsequent revisions.
